We take your privacy very seriously, and we have a long-standing track record that speaks for itself in this regard.
Please rest assured that we will never sell or otherwise disclose your name, e-mail address, or any other personally identifiable information to any third parties.
Like many companies, we sometimes retain third parties to provide technical services. Before permitting these companies to work on our systems, we require them to sign a nondisclosure agreement.
Because LandingPage Interactive is a commercial entity, the possibility of an acquisition by another company exists. If such an acquisition ever occurs, we will require the acquiring company to adhere to our Privacy Policy.
LandingPage Interactive collects personally identifiable information when you subscribe to the Click-Through Report (our free e-mail newsletter), fill out the Contact Us form, or send us an e-mail message. All of this information resides in a secure database, though the Contact Us form sends your information to us via regular e-mail. We are the sole owner of all personally identifiable information collected through our Web site.
When you subscribe to the Click-Through Report, we ask for your first name, last name, and e-mail address. If you later make changes to these parameters, we record the changes so that we can accommodate your requests. When you click on a link within the Click-Through Report, we may record that you did so. When you fill out the Contact Us form, we ask for your first name, last name, company name, e-mail address, and telephone number.
Regarding the Click-Through Report, in addition to sending you the newsletter, we may periodically send you promotional e-mail messages about our services. In the future, we may require all Click-Through Report subscribers to complete a survey to maintain their subscription. This survey will likely consist of questions about your occupation, such as the geographic location of your office and the industry in which you work.
LandingPage Interactive automatically receives and records information on its server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested.
LandingPage Interactive uses the information it collects for three general purposes: (a) to distribute the Click-Through Report; (b) to better serve your needs and interests; and (c) to assist our sales and marketing efforts.
LandingPage Interactive will never sell or otherwise disclose your name, e-mail address, or any other personally identifiable information to any third parties except when such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to subpoenas and court orders, or otherwise comply with the law or legal process; (b) protect or defend the rights or property of LandingPage Interactive or others; and (c) enable third parties, such as Internet Service Providers, to provide services to LandingPage Interactive (these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to assist us).
In the unlikely event that we are required by subpoena or other such legal order to disclose your personal information, we will notify you, and request a nondisclosure agreement or try to obtain a protective order on your behalf before making the requisite disclosure.
LandingPage Interactive may set and access cookies on your computer to better facilitate our understanding of how you and others use our Web site. Read a definition of cookies.
At anytime, you can change your e-mail address for the Click-Through Report by using the appropriate link at the bottom of every newsletter.
At anytime, you can terminate your subscription to (unsubscribe from) the Click-Through Report by using the appropriate link at the bottom of every newsletter. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe by simply replying to the newsletter and sending us an unsubscribe request.
If you choose to terminate your subscription, or if your subscription is otherwise terminated, your personally identifiable information may remain in our database, but we will no longer use this information to send e-mail messages to you. We retain this information solely for the purpose of restoring inadvertently or accidentally terminated accounts.
Because LandingPage Interactive is a commercial entity, the possibility of an acquisition by another company exists. If such an acquisition ever occurs, we will require the acquiring company to adhere to our privacy guarantee and our privacy policy with regard to the personally identifiable information we have collected.
LandingPage Interactive strongly opposes the practice of "spamming," the sending of unsolicited commercial e- mail messages. If you feel that you have received spam from a third party affiliated with or connected to LandingPage Interactive, please contact us.
LandingPage Interactive may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information, we will notify you via e-mail.
If you have any questions about our Privacy Policy, please contact us.
